Phoned to book a taxi for my Granny due to a breakdown, she was starting to get really cold and anxious. I spoke to Audrey who was amazing, so helpful and managed to get a car out to us really fast, which was appreciated. My granny phoned me once she got home to say the driver was very friendly, polite and got her home safely. He took some shopping bags to the door, which she appreciated. We were worrying about the fare but it was very reasonable and affordable. Overall a brilliant service from Audrey and the driver didn’t catch his name. Highly recommend to all 5*
Ordered a taxi for a specific time to take us to a restaurant for a meal, unfortunately a driver went off sick and the taxi was going to be late. Was called to be told this was the case. Lady on the phone very pleasant and apologetic. The driver indeed turned up 5-10 minutes late as we were informed. He also was very pleasant, we arrived at the restaurant on time. No hassle. Have used Dash cabs on many occasions and have always found them to be on time, good price and cheery drivers. Will continue to use them in the future.
Great service from start to finish. Very helpful and easy to deal with When I changed from the minibus to the 8 seater it was no problem. Refund was quickly , well immediately processed, no hassles Taxi arrived promptly, was very clean and the driver very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend this company.

Used Dash cabs twice in January 2023 to take us to and from Aberdeen airport. On time and very friendly. Even had a 4hrs flight delay but I kept them informed. Would definitely use again.
Ordered 2 x 8 seater mini buses to take us all back to Aberdeen after a function. Can not fault the service, Great communication before, taxis arrived on time, drivers were great, and tolerant of their drunk passengers, and good price. Highly recommend
After BA’s disruption it was reassuring to be given such an excellent service by a local firm Dash Cabs. I had to be picked up from Aberdeen Airport after a cancelled and a delayed flight that arrived at Aberdeen after midnight. Dash Cabs kept me fully informed and picked me up within minutes of my arrival despite all the disruption. Excellent service, highly recommended. I will use again.Service: Limousines
Driver was very pleasant and had no problem assisting me with a large amount of heavy luggage from pick up to drop off at the hotel he helped get me into the hotel. Also gave me some sightseeing tips. Very going service. Great experience.
Booked a minibus from Aberdeen to Bridge of Muchalls. Driver arrived well in time, she managed to fend off others who wanted to pinch our taxi, and she was really chatty and pleasant. I find Dash Cabs really reliable, and their fares are cheap too. Would certainly recommend them.
I have used dash cabs and they are always polite and engaging. Arrive on time and if there is any reason in past they would be held up would notify you. As I have slight mobility leg problems this is great so I am not standing around. Absolutely great company . Thank you
