I have given 2stars as the young lady in the store was polite . But the woman at the counter obviously went to the wrong charm school! When I went to pay for my purchases the woman didn’t even say hello just stared at me took the things and ran them through the till, my daughter ( who is quite quiet) , said she had 10% discount the woman then said “well she’s too late, how am I supposed to know while putting her hands up and glowering at us “ it’s too late now it’s gone through” , I had not even put my card in yet and too be honest I felt like telling her to forget the £148 purchase which I had made . She was the rudest person I had met today and needs to be told not to judge too harshly, my daughter is quiet as she has a tumour at the base of her brain which is why we were visiting Bristol to go to the children’s hospital. So next time you are rude to someone just please stop and think they may be having a hard time. I won’t be shopping in oasis again and I give her Zero stars.

Keep an effing board if MEN not allowed in the fittings room, or what’s better? Don’t say it is OK TO GO INSIDE in first place and then show your f* face and say Hellooooo!!!! (I was let inside with my wife while this staff women with turban in desk being busy on her tablet and then been told rudely later when a customer wants to try, could have told politely or should have made clear or should have not let me in) worst !
