I just have never experienced such friendly customer service. Definitely not like in the UK.... I really appreciate how helpful they are, there had been an issue with my address for the return and they have been very understanding. The shoes they sent were gorgeous, by the way, high quality, but unfortunately too small.
Worst customer service ever! I ordered a dress online when it areived it did not fit. I followed the instructions to return but I could not do it online so I called a spanish number i got my return code and booked the courier to pick up from home no one showed up. So I called again. Another long wait in the phone I booked another time the courier and again no ine showed up. Since then I tried calling dozens of times and i inly get a disc incurring the charge for a call to Spain but no one picks up. I therefore sent the dress myself paying for a courier myself and i got refunded the dress - the price if their courier the one that never showed up. I tried to call to fix this no one picks up. I e-mailed no one replied. This is pure theft. Do not buy from them online ever!
Items look nothing like website. Fit is terrible. Frumpy and cheap and way oversized. Clearly everything on the website is pinned and pulled to look and fit nicely because that is definitely not the case in person. You pay £7 for shipping then an additional £11 for any return. I asked to exchange in their London store and was told that is not allowed and I could drop it there but would still have to pay £11 to return it. Horrible costumer service. Just terrible experience all around. Will never shop here again.
