rude staff been using this taxi rank for 3 years never again will I give them the custom they deserve. If an employee spoke to a customer the way the taxi driver did us I would loose my job. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not use.

Taxi man charged us too much for a short ride, stopped in the middle of Derby road and refused to drive unless we paid whilst lorrys and cars were continuing to drive past. He expected me, an 18 year old girl, walk 15 minutes to my house at 5am in the morning in a short dress and heels after paying £12 to go from Stretton maccies to Masefield crescent with one stretton drop off. This wouldn't have been so bad if he wasnt so rude to me, I was apalled.

Rude driver! Called taxi and within 3 minutes driver banging on my door telling me to hurry up and to be on time, wasn't told how long it would take so I thought it usually take 10minutes as this is usually the average time for drivers. So quickly I went down stairs grabbed my stuff and left the house. Driver got back into the car, Didn't bother getting out the car to help even though he saw me struggling with the amount of bags I had and the fact I had crutches! Generally rude to me in the car the whole journey and was quite expensive charge for such a sort distance. Definitely will not be using their service again!!

We was told it would be £9.50 but when the driver started to drive off he told us it was £12 because we have a pushchair. I've never known a service to charge extra because you have a child that needs a pushchair. Won't be having that service again.
