I used these regularly to take my son to school. Most days they are late and some even take the most congested route which takes longer and a few times he's only just made it. Today it didn't turn up at all and it was because "somebody else got in my taxi" they claimed that wasn't their fault it went to the wrong address. When I questioned this, he became rude and told me to use another firm. Absolutely shocking firm and will never use them again.
Car 59 picked me up today, he was a very nice bloke. He was very polite and very chatty and made sure I had a comfortable journey. I use these guys pick me up on a regular basis, I would very much recommend.
I have just been picked up by probably the friendliest driver I’ve ever met, made me feel very welcome and is a great ambassador of this company. Would highly recommend this firm to all family, friends and strangers!
Whenever I need a taxi, I always go with 510 Taxis. They've always arrived within a good time and are always able to get me to my destination without much trouble. The ability to track the driver's progress also helps to set them above other taxi firms. Would highly recommend.
Driver was very professional, helped me in the car with my shopping. Very friendly to talk to. Being using the company for 8 years , hundreds of times not once had a problem. By far the best taxi company I've ever used 10/10
Ordered a taxi for a specific time, driver turns up ten minutes early and calls so we tell him we're not ready and he says "find another taxi then" and hangs up leaving us hanging. Incredibly rude given it was their mistake. Don't bother. Edit: the reply below from 5 Ten is not only a very very late response, it's absolutely false. 5 Ten ought to stop treating their customers with such disdain.
Got picked up by Car 59 in no time at all, 5 star service. Went the extra mile, so to speak, to talk to me throughout the journey and made me feel safe. I would highly recommend this company!
I had the luck to be taken to my destination by a very lovely professional driver honestly wish all the drives where as entertaining definitely booking with them always
