535 Duke Sweet

Never in my 19 years of life have I ever had a better dessert !! I ordered the “Truly Yours” pancakes thinking they were probably going to be overly sweet and a little sickly but they weren’t at all! They were so fluffy, delicious and not to mention beautifully packaged! Will 100% be eating here again and recommending it as my top dessert place

Amazing food, everything was fresh. Great value for money. Quick and friendly service Alexandria was great! Definitely coming back £22 for all of this when we were expecting mini pancakes and waffles

Me and my partner love this dessert shop! We first went a few months ago and then again last Saturday. The girl serving us was so lovely and accommodating, nothing was too much hassle. Very kind and polite and she had even remembered us from months ago. The desserts and milkshakes are such good quality and taste amazing. One of our favourite places to visit when we come to Glasgow. Would highly recommend!

I was at a dessert shop yesterday and had an excellent experience. The service was prompt and friendly - and the food was delicious. The staff were really attentive and helpful - and I felt like I was in good hands! I would definitely recommend this dessert shop to anyone looking for a great place to eat and to have a nice time with friends. The atmosphere was really inviting and pleasant - and I was really impressed with the variety of desserts on offer! I can't wait to go back again - and to try some of the other delicacies on the menu!

Amazing customer service aswell as desserts. Requested a special announcement to make to my friends and the staff went out their way to make it special and kept it very discreet. Thank you so much to the staff at the Duke Street branch

Ordered through their direct app on behalf of a customer staying at our hotel, they waited up with their children till 2am for an order which was not delivered. Very upset children and unhappy customer of ours because of this company. I had called in twice over a period of 2hr with staff advising they have the order processing and then over an hour later I called again and was advised it had left their premises 10 minutes ago and should arrive in 15-20mins this was at 12.40am... at 2am I received a call from our very upset customer saying their children have fallen asleep crying awaiting the desserts. There was no correspondence from little dessertshop, had they advised on either of the phone calls I made to them that they could not deliver a service then I could have arranged an alternative for the children. Very poor customer service and unreliability from their delivery drivers who are clearly commiting theft which will be reported to relevant authorities as reading other reviews on here confirms this.
