Booked a taxi last week for 01.45 so I could get the Airport bus. Taxi didn't turn up. Called 3 times but no answer. Eventually I had to drive to the pick up point as other travellers waiting for me as I had the tickets so we wouldn't miss the bus. Will not use them again.
Fantastic service, used them to transport my guest on wedding day. Very quick to respond to emails to organise pick up times, costs and locations. Would definitely use again
Booked a car to Clapham junction in advance. Got let down 25 minutes to pickup. Was on my way to catch a flight. Never use these useless drivers again. Dreadful!!!!!

Just got stranded at 1a.m at Gatwick with 4 under 8's by a shouty driver who refused to meet me at arrivals. They knew I had a baby as I requested a baby seat. Cab office ignoring my calls. Is this how 5000Cars thinks its ok treats women and children?
Always prefer to support small businesses. These guys are cheap and service is great. I went to heathrow in a Posh Mercedes for less than £30. Fantastic
Service is prompt and informative. I'd lost my phone in a 5000 car and they delivered it back to my house really quickly... great peace of mind!
