I bought a Toyota Alphard 4WD Hybrid from KV Cars almost 12 months ago and couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the level of support from Kara and her team. I've had a couple of very minor issues as you would when buying an older car but KV we're super responsive and sorted everything for me straight away and at no charge. You can definitely buy with confidence from KV Cars. 5 Stars.
Kara and her team are fantastic, bought my second vehicle from them today and wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't do enough for you, unbelievable warranty given on all Japanese cars. See you again
Legacy Blitzen.I didn't go ahead and buy so I think anything other than a neutral review here wouldn't be reasonable. They have got a car for sale that I had all but given up finding in this lifetime. Like most people I haven't bought a JDM car before so I thought that asking a few general questions wouldn't be unreasonable. I phoned up, talked to the lady on the phone and was left with the impression that I was viewed as a timewaster. I asked about parts/repairs/servicing and was told that they took care of all that. This in itself is a put off. I got the impression that as I wasn't buying there and then, my questions were rather pointless and that the answers should be obvious. It was very much a 'don't waste my time if you aren't buying' attitude. I can appreciate that they get lots of timewasters - I wasn't trying to be one. If you run a business you need to treat all your incoming sales leads as if they are genuine or you lose business. I'm not going beyond the few tentative enquires with this one. I'm happier letting the car go. I may still buy a JDM car in the future but it will from a different dealer.
Coming up to 60 years of age,I have dealt with a lot of car dealers over the years.i have to say kara and the team have been my best experience yet,absolutely fantastic and the odyssey is the comfiest car I have ever driven they treat you like your part of there family.keep up the good work kara and the team.
Absolutely love these guys!! Couldn't recommend them more, we weren't sure whether to buy private or through an established garage and after visiting Kara and the team we chose to get our car through them... and how pleased we are that we did!! Just bought yet another car from Kara this is our 3rd and cant fault it, kara is the most honest car sales person ive ever met even letting you know when youve given her too much cash for the car and giving it you back. she goes above and beyond to help. KV Cars were a really good company to buy from and I would recommend. Happy to let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted before settling on the Honda Stepwagon. The car was delivered free of charge and comes with a 2 year warranty. They are a very nice team of staff to deal with.
Looking for a japenese import..look no further than K V the whole team provide a service that is nothing less than perfect. We feel we are now part of the family of this long established family. The customer service is amazing..We have purchased a Bongo with all new tyres/ full MOT.. 2 Years full warrenty their own as Kara doesn't trust other companies to pay out for the work for her customers We also were given bubbles and flowers on picking up the Bongo.... never had that before All in all if I could rate them more than a 5 it would be a 10 out of 10. Thank you Kara and the team..your passion for your business and the customer shines through in everything you do. Fabulous
So I stumbled into the garage only by chance after several weeks and months of searching for an ideal family car. Very pleased with the way the whole transaction was carried out, meeting all the additional add ons. I felt the garage went extreme length to make sure I was happy and comfortable and when I could not pick up the car on the day, they offered to deliver which they did.
