Had a trip to Gatwick Airport from Sabine road Clapham junction,very professional, i was late coming out of my home, driver waited patiently,when i entered the cab i was upbreathed,driver offered me water,well that was not necessary but still nice gesture from driver,perfect airport ride
Called for pick up from st pancreas. No cabbie called me to confirm his arrival. Was put on hold 3 times with the controller asking what was going on and he was apparently calling driver. Now I've been put on automatic block when calling to give them an earful. Avoid at all costs.
Tried twice to drop off a DHL parcel within advertised opening hours, but no one there. Probably best to use UPS or another dhl drop off place
Unprofessional, please avoid this service. Cab driver was verbally abusive and escalated quickly to physical abuse. This srvice is not safe for women.
Excellent service. on time. Great driver. I had no problems at all.
Operators constantly lie about the timing of there booking saying arriving in 10-15 but rocking up in over 40 with no apology, then when challenged on the issue very rude & a massive lack in customer service, the only reason they even got 1 star is their drivers are very polite and personable.
