Reviewing on behalf of Martyn Reynolds. Nice pleasent optitions. Seen in a timely manner although appointment at 9.30am & shop not open until 9.30am so not able to go in until 9.40am. Had to pay for parking & due to time in optitions on return to the car we had rolled in to 2 hours. Maybe an option of a voucher for free parking? Thankyou.
Accidently removed my original review.,which said that my eye test as an 85 year d was best ever.and Gurradj was a gem.2 days later irecieved a message to inform me my specs were ready to collected.both pair were fitted very professionally and quality of lens excellent. How good is that for service? Thank you to all at 4sight
I needed a small repair to my glasses, which required specialist intervention and associated tools... I did not purchase the glasses from them and they were repaired while I waited, FREE OF CHARGE including the parts. Very friendly professional team and they now have a new customer for my next pair of designer glasses!
Great friendly service all round, from receptionist through to optician. I had a very thorough eye test with a lot more explanation than you usually get. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't as busy as the major brand opticians nearby, so I wasn't being rushed around at all. Would definitely recommend.
On Friday 13th November at 4pm I had my first time eye test at 4 Sight. From the eye test to choosing my frame I had an excellent experiance. Highly recommend this Optician he was very professional.
Very poor customer service & communication......delay in sending out my batch of monthly contact lenses....contacted the West Brom store to be told they had been despatched by 2nd class delivery....waited a week so contacted the store again only to be told they had not been despatched at all...lenses 7 weeks overdue when I cancelled my direct debit....disorganised shambles
Hi, I had my first examination at the above mentioned optician, due to having a Diabetic screening done last December. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and put you at ease. All questions were answered. The Optician on duty at the time explained every step of the examination and what each part meant. Having recently been diagnosed with Diabetes it was pleasing the hear that I'm doing OK and, I have to say, they're an Optician I trust with the care of my eyes. I've since chose them as my Optician of choice for regular eye tests too.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, a very thorough examination, great service from start to finish.
