Excellent! The food was fantastic, the service perfect. We forgot to say that we were going on to a show and had limited time, but when we did remember to mention it, they pulled out all the stops to get us our meal in time. Nice place with nice people and lovely food.
A must dine and wine place, service impeccable food outstandingly amazing. Everyone makes you feel warm and welcome the chef came to see how we were getting along with our food. Everyone so attentive and enthusiastic. Definitely a place to visit again and again,I know I will be, but also recommend that you visit makes the trip worth while.
5 of us ate at 4 kitchens yesterday evening, and the food was gorgeous, we all chose something different and it exceeded expectations. I had the chef's special fish dish for main course and it was stunning. The service was great too.
Our first visit here and we weren't disappointed. Firstly the restaurant was beautifully decorated and well laid out. Service was excellent, attentive and friendly without being overly so. Menu choices are not those of the 'usual' Indian restaurants we have visited, but we were aware of this prior to our visit as we had studied the menu online. We both had onion and potato bhaji to start, which was delicious, though it would have been good to have had the usual dips etc come with it. I had chicken jalfrezi next, which I asked to be mild/medium as although I like my curries to have a bit of a 'kick' I don't like them to be so hot that it burns and you can't actually taste the flavour. I was glad I had as it was still pretty spicy. My husband had lamb rogan josh which he had as medium and thoroughly enjoyed. Both meats were tender and well cooked. The lamb sauce was 'richer' than mine though it was still very tasty. We had a peshwari naan as an accompaniment and although it was very good it wasn't the best we've had. Overall we enjoyed our visit here, however I would recommend anyone to check out the online menu before visiting as it's certainly very different and more limited in the choice of for example, chicken dishes which is the only meat I eat. However for all the meat eaters out there, there is a good variety of other meats. Price wise the dishes are fairly priced. Definitely worth a visit.
Lovely food, waited no longer than 5 mins for each course. Fantastic friendly service, even open door for you. Highly recommended and will be using again.
As it says..Authentic Indian resturant. Not pakistani not Bangladeshi or pretend curry house. After trying several resturants, I know when I miss home India where I am going. Thank you for great food and service. Love it !.
‘Went to 4 Kitchens for the first time on Friday night and I was blown-away by the food - it was absolutely superb. I think this is probably the best Indian restaurant I’ve been to in the last ten years.
We visited 4 Kitchens with family and friends on Sunday to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Must say great service and lovely food. I would visit strongly recommend a visit. We will be back. Thanks.
Great curry in a relaxed atmosphere. A very diverse and interesting menu sets this place apart from other Indian restaurants. Recommended.
Food was beautiful, plenty of starters and main meals to choose from. Also a good range of gluten free and veggie dishs
