Another great meal. Ate from 3 course lunch prix fixe menu. Good range of options for each course. A group of us have met here every couple of months for several years and the food is never disappointing. Excellent value for money.

Visited here on the 21st of December 2017 for a works Christmas lunch meal. Although we had booked we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. A further 15 minutes for drinks order to be taken and then a further 10 for them to arrive. We were given the menu to choose from and then a Manager came to our table to say they had a limited menu due to problems with the facilities in the kitchen which was beyond their control. At this point we should have left but our drinks had arrived so decided to change our choices. The waiter then contradicted the manager when he came to take our orders and said "they had run out of food".... We ordered water for the table which never arrived and had to wait a further 20 minutes after ordering a second round of drinks. The time was 2.30 pm in the afternoon and the place was emptying so we could not understand the slow service? The foods was satisfactory and i wasn't "wowed" by it. Service was very slow but the nail in the coffin was when we came to pay and was told CASH ONLY. Had they have advised the card machine was not working we would have left at the beginning and gone somewhere where else. I then had to set off in the rain to find a bank to dispense cash. I'm sure the place is liked by many but its a thumbs down for customer care from me.

Went in with great expectations came out with a poor impression. Multiple flies in the vinegar pots. Staff do not know the menu and seem not to care about customer especially when told about the problems we had with our meal. Would never go back!!! very poor service!!

Classic French cooking comes to Ilkley. Hearty portions are sure to leave dinners feeling satisfied. Good value, especially their Tuesday and Wednesday specials (6 course tasting menu and a 3 course wine paired meal, respectively)

We have eaten and enjoyed many meals here , and last night enjoyed another dinner with wine special menu again. This time however I was astounded to note we were charged 95p for two small slices of gluten free bread for my husband who is Coelic. Apart from the fact no GF biscuits were available for his cheese ( no GF sweet choice offered) it is the first and only time ever we have been charged . Petty and not what I would expect from this chain.
