My Philosophy - "A journey of passion"

"My Vision is simple;

Firstly, to create a unique dining experience for my guests. The second is to give young people who've faced enormous challenges, the opportunity to share my passion and drive for cooking, to teach them my gift and philosophy and hopefully change their life for the better.

In a word, describing the food, sublime! Furthermore, the staff are warm, knowledgeable and attentive. Service nicely paced and excellent value for money. Great coffee too! Loving the new look under Modou. We'll be back!

Outstandingly delicious menu. Courteous well informed staff. Cosy relaxed atmosphere,  but food was genius... basil sorbet ..  omg.. what a combo of flavours... great value

First time out since before lockdown. Restaurant is set up very well, and the food was amazing. Each and every one of the servers did a great job.

What an amazing experience, I can't fault it. The food was exceptional, service was flawless, it was perfect. We're both vegan and the options were unparalleled. I can't recommend enough.

Another outstanding meal at Nico's. For me the star of the show was the tortellini though every course was mouthwatering. Where can you go for a five course trust menu of this quality for £20......it's ridiculously good value!!!!!

We had a great time here. Food was excellent and service equally so. Take the matching wine flight and you won't be disappointed. Fantastic value for money.

Food was amazing. The menu was the surprise one on a Sunday snd it was delicious. The service was very good and in these Covid times the attention to sanitisation and spacing was reassuring.

OMG the meal was absolutely fantastic and the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine was a brilliant experience
