Turned down 2 of my mum's claims against the council, one where she was badly injured due to a foot deep pot hole and left unable to work. And another where an oak tree on council ground fell into her garden, tearing down the fences, washing line, etc. Both times her claims were turned down, despite overwhelming amounts of evidence and even to the surprise of the council. They latch onto small print written in to avoid making payments, so much so that they can be described as nothing less than a scam company. Very unscrupulous!!!
Made a claim for a phone and was reimbursed with Argos vouchers, which they exchanged for cash minus £30. Rip-off company. I imagine that if your house burnt down, they'd repay you with life membership of the local library.
Told them new address then got another letter a week after saying we need to know your new address ????letter keeps going to old address
From what I saw of this place the staff are friendly and the doors to let you in and out are very high tech. Amazing!
Poor, did not return to me by email or phone.
Reduced my investment to zero whilst no doubt generating commission internally
No signposts...go there to get lost. Poor service.
Alway been good to get insurance with Zurich.
