My Experience of A Plan is always 5 star- have been a customer for over 10 years. One year I tried a ‘compare’ style site- never again- slightly cheaper but when I had a claim I couldn’t get hold of anyone. This year we had a hit and run accident and Tom of the A Plan claims department went above and beyond to help My husband and I through the claim. Today I spoke to Lewis Hands who talked me through our house insurance renewal with a good balance of professionalism and humour. A great price as always. Don’t go anywhere else - use A Plan
They provided me with the cheapest car insurance. Really friendly people on the phones too.

Jordan and Andy have been brilliant helping me amend my car insurance policy, making sure that everything was covered and in place ready to pick up my new car. This is the second year of using A-Plan and I would thoroughly recommend! Super friendly and knowledgeable service!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I'M ALREADY A POLICY HOLDER WITH A PLAN ENQUIRED ABOUT INSURING ANOTHER VEHICLE THEY TOOK 4HRS TO GET BACK TO ME WITH A QUOTE! ASKED ME TO CHECK PART OF THE INSURANCE AN PHONE THEM BACK DID SO WITHIN 5MINS ONLY TO BE TOLD WE ARE BUSY WE WILL PHONE YOU BACK NEEDLESS TOO SAY THEY NEVER DID
