I'll start by saying that Zuma is a must experience for all culinary lovers. One of the best restaurants I've been to! Everything is super high quality and precise, the service is professional and it seems that the entire staff knows what they are doing because we really enjoyed every second. It is recommended to reserve places in advance, it was amazing thank you very much we will definitely be back!!
A really great lunch. Quite a day - lunch at Zuma and dinner at Roka. Quite clear these two places are owned by the same group. Similar quality. Excellent service from Sebastian - he was tasked with choosing for us and just bringing stuff out. All very good. Not cheap, but about a third of our bill was gin!
Mouth-watering food. We were seated at the bar right at the grill & asked to be moved, the manager was very helpful and within minutes arranged another table! However the service was super slow we had to wait almost 40 minutes for the main course. I would give a second chance however I wouldn’t come hungry.
I went to try out the food with my friend. It was a nice experience, the waiter was very polite and friendly. Great atmosphere and decorations. But the food is a bit disappointing comparing to the price I paid. The dishes are plain and nothing very new for me. Even though the food is not bad but there is still space to improve a lot. Overpriced. Most of my friends said they won’t come back again but I think I will give it another try next time and order something new.
Always would be a 5 star for me. I don’t even know the amount of times I’ve been. Never disappoints. Always super fresh! Crew is amazing and Kenan is simply THE best! And one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Their fish is definitely one of the best in town. With a perfect size menu and simple dishes made to perfection. Their new Prawn and Cod Gyozas are to die for! And of course the cheese cake!
One of my favourite Japanese restaurants, and one of my favourite restaurants in London! The wagyu tataki £52 is not cheap, I appreciate that but holy s***. If you can get this, GET IT!!!! Black cod is one of the best in the game. Beautiful. Loved the rest and service was good, UNTIL the food had finished coming out it was like they forgot about us and we sat there for over half hour waiting for the bill!! Otherwise, a great experience
Zuma is a MUST experience for the upscale culinary lovers. You can feel it right for the moment you enter the restaurant. We took the premium tasting menu which was WOW by all means. We also had some great Gin based cocktails. Service was outstanding. Make reservations for Zuma. Great place to celebrate special occasion.
I want to start by saying that some of the dishes were really good. The service was really bad. I don’t think the music and the ambiance is suitable to the restaurant food and overall vibe. The idea of sending dishes to the table before you even start the dish before is not for us. We didn’t have time to appreciate the dish and were expected to start a new one. Again I think a lot of it was the bad service we got. Overall ok experience and very expensive bill for it.
I find the restaurant to be quite consistent with their food. A modern twist of Japanese restaurant. Very flavourful food snd good service. Won’t be disappointed coming for a meal.
Pricey. However we enjoyed every dish. Servers were friendly and accommodating. The chocolate desert is a must try! In part we really enjoyed the black cod.
