We have know Massimo for several years though the wedding industry, and the very first time I saw his work, I was blown away with it. When we had a blessing 3 years ago, he did our cake and it was amazing. I have never tasted chocolate like it, and the both flavours we chose (vanilla with champagne and strawberry, and chocolate salted caramel) were delicious. We booked him again for my daughters wedding last year, and everyone commented on the look and taste of the cake. Others have tried to emulate, but there is only one chocolate man! Highly recommended.
