Fantastic service and quality authentic food! Seated quickly despite being a walk-in on a Friday evening, and both drink and food orders were taken quickly. The food arrived and was absolutely delicious; very authentic Italian flavours, and generous portions. The staff were fabulous, and very friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and well-presented to guests. A very good dining experience, and we shall certainly return if in Portsmouth!
First time I’ve eaten at a Zizzi restaurant & it won’t be the last. OMG the food was amazing, the staff were really really lovely. My partner has a wheat and gluten allergy & the choice of dishes is so much better then most restaurants. If I had to give one negative about this place, it would be that they didn’t have any gluten/wheat free pizza bases. Other then that great food. Also if you like a bit of spice, then try the garlic cheese bread with chillies, I was sweating really bad Can’t wait to eat out at another Zizzi’s near me.
Tried booking a table online, but none available for when we needed it, we decided to try our luck and as we gor to Zizzi, we were greeted and given a table. Lovely and friendly staff, the option of ordering through a qr code is great, and a tad faster. Pizza was delicious as always and the G&T probably one of the best I had. Thank you Zizzi Portsmouth Vegetarian options: The pizza we had was vegetarian, it was absolutely delicious, base was super thin and crunchy. Plenty of vegetarian choices I say Kid-friendliness: When I took the kids there they were given coloring sheets and crayons to keep them busy, kids portions are smaller bur still plenty for a 9 and 12 year old. Plenty of choice food and pudding wise...
Omg food was amazing, the Garlic bread with caramelised onion was delicious must have if you go And the service was incredible! Definitely will be returning

In the most sunny and warm day while all other restaurants are serving outside - Zizzy are serving inside only, for no reason, except for the staff to be able to talk and not to work... This is very bad service if it can be called service at all.
It was an amazing experience at Zizi Gunwharf …great customer service, a wonderful view from the restaurant, super delicious food…loved everything about it..will return again…
Booked this on Saturday morning 15/04 on a whim, as had a voucher. Easy booking online, looks seconds, with a very quick booking confirmation. On arrival, staff were warm and welcoming, and quickly got us sat and drinks ordered. Staff were attentive and worked as a team. Nothing was a drama. Food was quick, very good and exactly as ordered. Thank you. Not somewhere we normally eat, but a very positive experience, we would have ordered deserts too, however sadly some choices were out of stock, but did we really need it !! I don't think so.... eyes bigger than our belly's.... well recommended.
Food was amazing and service was really quick! All fat and full now.. the staff were fantastic! Was a great all round evening at the restaurant! Would recommend to everyone!
