First time I’ve been to this restaurant and it was quite lively with the half term family outings. The manager and waitress Jenny were brilliant and next time I’m at the cinema I will pop in for a bite to eat. Lovely experience as a lone diner Kid-friendliness: Half term so loads of families in. Really good in here the chicken starter abd pepperoni pizza is lovely so iml assume the rest is! Theyre lovely and even celebrated a childs birthday. We had a waiter witha brilliant memory and he even topped up pur drinks! Brilliant place would reccomend Vegetarian options: Im not vegetarian but seems good Kid-friendliness: Really kid friendly! The food was awful, pasta not hot and taste bad at all four of us not even one pasta is yummy, and the meat balls middle was cold, as well as the taste was worse than Ikea meat ball, we all felt cheated and never will go this restaurant again although they got a very cozy decoration.Food: 1/5
The food and service was amazing, friendly, happy staff and the food was cooked well and tasted delicious. The only little problem we had was the impromptu singing of happy birthday through out our time in the restaurant, this is absolutely ok and enjoyable for most, but a little warning on the door that it might happen would have helped our autistic child, who found it difficult as the noise level went up unexpectedly. Apart from that it was an enjoyable lunch.
Really good for a chain restaurant. The hot wings were quite good and so were the loaded potato skins. The pizzas ok and the lasagna good. The gf Pizza Margherita not too good at all. The meatballs to me was the star of the show. Service was quite good at this busy establishment.
Popped in here today to grab some lunch, service was slow, but I think this was just due to a lack of staff in fairness, the 3 staff we saw and spoke to were all helpful and polite, just a simple lack of numbers .v. work and costumers. That said once we ordered, the food came quickly, and apart from the chips was hot and fresh. Chips were awful, cool, and chewy Price was reasonable, and I think we would consider going back… maybe at a more popular time when there is the staff to support the custom. F&B is located on the 1st floor accessed by the stairs or lift near the view cinema, the entrance is open and easy. Toilets are upstairs and I’m not sure if there is a lift within if you struggle with stairs. Parking: Parking is beneath Gun Wharf Quays in the main car park, normally a vast amount of parking apart from peak times, weekends and Xmas etc. Wheelchair accessibility: Access from the central square near the escalator for VUE, here there is a lift if needed.

Lovely late afternoon meal for 5. Could have done with a table for 5 with chairs rather than a static table with two static benches. Quite restricted in elbow room. Our meals were great as were the drinks. Staff very attentive and caring.Lovely atmosphere. Not cheap but reasonable in view of location. Parking: Plenty of parking.
