All you get every time you ring is a offered telephone appointment . I actually want yo see someone as you can't diagnose over abloody phonecall. What do you have to do to get to see someone

Terrible, they don’t have enough staff to answer phones or just ignore them. There has been multiple mornings I have rang between 50-100 times at 8.30 when you are told to ring.

Can't get through on phone so I think they are a bad service should of closed this one than the other one 😡

Hard to access, quality of advice varies significantly, and many of the services they headline should be offered elsewhere with better access.
