This service does not merit even a one-star rating. The practice is consistently slow and disorganised, with frequent issues such as lost samples, delayed test results, and a lack of available appointments. These shortcomings have, in some cases, resulted in patients requiring hospitalisation.nnThe overall quality of care is extremely poor and falls well below an acceptable standard. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience—there are numerous similar accounts within the local community, and the practice has become something of a running joke due to its ongoing failures.nnI strongly urge those responsible to take these concerns seriously and make significant improvements to patient care and service delivery.
Dr Cheema initially told me my daughter didn't have the infection I suspected but said she would do urine test if i so wished, which came back positive! This therefore a referral to paediatrics, i had to chase this up several times as the first sample had been misplaced and receptionist had deleted the urgent message. Receptionist kept sending us away with the wrong urine sample tube despite us clearly stating the one we needed. Waited 7 months for the specialist appointment, only to get to the hospital and find out they have referred to the wrong department, so now another lengthy wait. Really poor service, especially when involving young children.
New doctors have no idea what thay are going and are not interested not good
How can a doctor cancel your repeat prescription for no reason whatsoever without informing you? I had to get in contact with the Hospital The emergency respiration care unit to get my medication sent thank you to James Cook Hospital got this sorted within an hour shame on you Woodside surgery putting peoples lives at risk. Reception said the doctor had cancelled My prescription with no reason or explanation Harrops chemist in Loftus thank you for you help 5 stars to Harrops
Don't bother doing anything they say they will do and can't even book appointments properly, waste of time.
