I am a 70 year old woman with minor health issues but am mentally and physically well, I am having a stressful time at the moment as I am moving home shortly and not only home but am moving to a different city, I have been having sleepless nights caused by the anxiety of everything, so visited the doctors for sleeping tablets, I am fully aware of the pitfalls of getting addicted to anything at all, but short term need a full nights sleep to cope with the move, I have not slept for a week and have become weepy and feel unable to cope.....DOCTOR SAYS NO ... gives me information on how to cope with insomnia, as if I didn't know these things, I have not time to have a breakdown through sleep deprivation so I am now going to have to risk ordering some online.......GGGGGRRRRRRR

Very nice doctors in this place also very local to get to the place with public transport 1 minute away 😆
