Hi, Zen fixed something unusual for him, my bathroom led main light, it was a first for him but as he said nothing ventured nothing gained, it would have cost me in excess of £200 to replace it, but he took it completely apart only to find a single led bulb had failed rendering the light useless, he decided to unsolder all the little led bulbs and replace, it now works perfect, he was an amazing find in this throw away society, his workshop is like an Aladains cave, he is so helpful and up for any challenge, An invaluable local business. Very Highly recommended
Wonderful service. Zen has given a new lease of life to several of my "vintage" items. I expected Zen to shake his head and turn me away when I presented the repairs to him but I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend.
Fantastic service. Save the planet and fix those old electronics you have been meaning to fix for decades, instead of sending them to landfill. Zen is the master engineer, he breathed new life into my beloved technics sound system. The sound is amazing just as good as when I bought it from new 31 years ago. Well worth 110 mile round trip. Thank for making my christmas.
Our JVC CD player needed some TLC and after looking around for an electronics' engineer for a good while, Zen came recommended from another electronics' specialist shop. I also didn't want to buy something that wouldn't be as good as our system and I didn't want to add to the mountains of stuff with inbuilt obsolescence. Fortunately Zen was able to sort the repairs quickly and reasonably. After completing the job, Zen even kept it overnight to make sure all was well. Now we have music again: I would not hesitate to take him anything else that demands his expertise. Zen is a gem!
My powered speakers are working again thanks to Zen! Even though they are not a common brand with readily available tech information, he sorted it out, sourcing pieces from China and figuring out the replacement for burnt out components. Zen kept me updated throughout the process, and even finished the job before his estimated date. All for a reasonable price. I will definitely come back for any electronic repairs in the future, and will be recommending Zen's Workshop to everyone.
My ebike battery was failing to charge after an accidental drop. Zen was kind enough to take it in and give it a look. Problem turned out to be the charge supply wire, at a pinch point in the battery's base, which was severed by the impact. Zen repaired the wire and repositioned it away from the prone spot, meaning that the battery is not only repaired but improved. All done swiftly, and at a rate far below the cost of a replacement. An invaluable local business. Highly recommended.
Thank you Zen for fixing my TV. I had a back-light issue which Zen was able to sort. Not only did he replace it, but he upgraded the back-light with an aluminium backing, hopefully ensuring a longer life. I would highly recommend using Zen for fixing TVs, he is quite clearly knowledgeable and a master at his craft. Will certainly be using Zen in the future. Top quality!!! And reasonable price
