Amazing Service, called to fix my broken phone screen, Ali was very professional and nice, prices are very reasonable and he even stayed passed closing time to help me fix my phone. Highly recommend this place!
Absolutely useless. After handing over my speaker to be fixed they said they would get back to me two days later. A week after that I ring them because they still haven't contacted me. I ask what the problem with the speaker is and they say they can't find the parts they need and will have to replace the entire board but not with original parts. This means it won't be the same speaker ! They also told me that the diagnosis fee of £30 would be included in the total price but then when they contacted me again they said that it was actually in addition to the price. They did change this back when I got annoyed and pointed this out. In the end I decided to pick up the speaker. I had asked them to write down what was wrong with it so I could look for parts myself, they didn't do this even though that was the thing I had paid for. They guy I picked it up from just kept saying PCB, PCB, like that was some kind of answer, I KNOW IT HAS A PCB ! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PCB !!???? he then told me that the first guy who actually looked at it and who he had just phoned literally 2 minutes before to find the speaker was NOW IN HOSPITAL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT!!!! I told him what I thought of them which included swear words and I left. I blame myself for going to Tottenham Court Road in the first place. Just go to the manufacturer.

Most helpful staff. They are the only ones in London who fix Bose products and the prices are absolutely affordable. Would definetly recommend and come back in the future.
I recently visited this store, and I have to say it was a very disappointing experience. First of all, they only accept cash, which is highly inconvenient in this day and age. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely sarcastic and unprofessional throughout my visit. The prices were ridiculously high, even more expensive than the agency itself. I expected better service and more reasonable prices. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I went here a year ago complaining about my Sony WH-1000XM3’s not turning on. The guy was very quick to take it and charge me £150. He was very pushy. After about 3 months, the headphones stopped working yet again. It worked only if I whacked it a couple of times until it eventually stopped working. I opened it up today to try and fix it. To my surprise they “fixed” my headphones by putting a folded up piece of receipt. So much for a “high quality” fix and a complete waste of my money. Do not go there.
Theres a few repair stores in the area but westend repairs is the best store out of them lot. Elite prices as it was the cheapest screen repair spot i could find and so quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for new tech or repairs for prices that arent silly. 10/10 customer service imo.
I took my JBL speaker in for repair and they took £30 as a deposit. They said they would call me in 1-2 days, but I waited for 5 days and no one called. I went there to see. and after a while of searching they gave the speaker to me and informed me that we had not yet repaired it. If you want it fixed it will cost another £195. I bought the speaker for £199. and now they announced a repair for £195. ridiculous . Cheat . I do not encourage you to come here. And don't trust the way they said
DO NOT trust the positive reviews you see, some of them ARE NOT REAL. I have made the mistake to give them the benefit of the doubt and chose them to repair my Sony Headphones and the same thing as commented in the reviews happened to me where they glued it back, it obv didn’t hold so went back within the 3 months warranty and was told that it was not within the warranty and to pay extra £110! When I started making a fuss they started to haggle with me!! Someone initially told me they could redo It no problem as part of the warranty and then someone else tells me it’s not covered and I have to pay extra and that physical damage is not part of the warranty which is rich coming from ppl fixing stuff using glue that obv do not hold. so when I decided to not go ahead with the repairs the headphones were given back to me completely broken definitely not the same state I brought it in. Like properly broken like I could not have done that myself! THIS HAS HAPPENED TO LOADS OF PEOPLE IN THE REVIEW SECTION I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED THEIR 1-STAR REVIEW AND STEERED CLEAR. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. They are also quite rude and I’m sure they’ll respond to my review with a rude comment as well but I feel like I need to warn people about their service because it’s just not right, it really feels like they purposely break the headphones so I’d have no choice but to ask them to repair them. AVOID!!!
