Excellent service and genuinely delightful people. They were even very good about the fact that I put a bit of a gouge in the van. I'd recommend them.
Would have given 5 stars because they are good and the vans are always tidy, but twice now they've answered the phone while dealing with customers stood in front of them. I cannot be the only one that finds this so rude. If you're dealing with a customer give them your undivided attention. Otherwise very good.
Great van and excellent customer service. The only negative for me is the time it takes to do the admin when you collect the vehicle. This could be speeded up, as 90% of it is done online with the booking. It's a small gripe, as everything else was spot on!
A great service was provided for my house move from the original quote until it was all finished. Very competitive price. The service on the day was professional, helpful, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend.
Polite but INCREDIBLY slow rental procedure. About 15-20 minutes per customer. Everything is explained in excruciating detail and initiated and photographed
What a superb, pleasant and efficient service. Having thought I would have to move everything myself I discovered that they provided a really excellent service of loading and moving all my boxes and furniture into self storage for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Zelf to my family and friends. The boys even carried out my instructions as to what should go in which container down to the letter. Well done.
Used Zelf in Devizes for transportation with a Van. The entire experience was a pleasure from booking to delivery and return including Administration Great Value and unusually for this day and age fantastic Customer Service in All aspects. A very pleasant change Thanks to Mark and ALL of his staff
