Booked a van for a 1 day hire. The vehicle wasn't ready on arrival and was approximately 15 mins late past the booking time. Once I had it though it was a nice drive and had plenty of features. Overall it did the job and got me moved into a new flat.

When renting make sure you take pictures of every single bit of a car or a van!!! Taken £200 deposit for something that was already damaged & what would of cost not even £20 to fix !! Absolutely terrible! I
Excellent service after I had to have my car recovered from Thruxton Motorsport Circuit... sorted out through Green Flag it was hassle free, they contacted me first about a vehicle. When first contacted I was informed they had nothing available for me but they would ring another branch to see if they could help. They rang back to tell me they now had a car for me at the branch... thank you for getting me and my family home after a long day of waiting in a field! Able to drop the car back off at my local enterprise... 200+ miles away... would definitely recommend
WOULD RECOMMEND Booked and paid for a 7 seater car over the weekend for holiday. Got a phone call five minutes before picking it up, to be told they did not have any seven seaters available. Fuming holiday ruined!!! Why let me pay for a car that doesn't exist? I then met with the manager Will. He couldn't be anymore apologetic and understanding and he went above and beyond and got me a car from a different branch and even dropped it off. I was very impressed with his customer focus. From getting it wrong to compleatly turning things around and doing everything he could possibly do. I understand things go wrong but I was very impressed on how it was addressed after. Will be using again but maybe by ordering on the phone next time.

Recently rented a van for a day to pick up some stuff from London and could't have asked for any better service. Got a good rate on the rental, I was quickly in and out within 5 minutes both picking up and dropping off the van and the staff Jordan & Tiff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend
