Great hire company!  This is the third time I have hired from Andover Self-Drive. Every time, the staff have been welcoming, friendly and very helpful.  The price has always been lower than any of their competitors, and considerably so compared with the larger ones such as Hertz, Enterprise etc.  I have rented two vans and a car, each were in immaculate condition and drove very well. I was shown round the vehicle and any quirks were explained. They completed a thorough check to ensure I couldn't be billed for any damage I hadn't caused, and their terms of service couldn't be simpler to read and understand.  The staff, vehicles and quality of service make them THE choice of vehicle hire in the area. I will continue to use them and can't recommend them enough. Thank you!!

This is the 1st time of using Andover Self Drive, and it won't be my last. Online reservation was easy, even on a Sunday it didn't take long to confirm. Location was easy to find and Google maps straight to the front door. Staff who booked me in were friendly, ran through the check-in and paperwork quickly but also checking I understood liabilities etc.  Another customer was booking at the same time and needed more info which one of the team were happy to help him with. General advice was also spot on.  Importantly, prices were competitive for the area and no issues checking vehicle back in. Great stuff.

I hired a van last minute before closing time which I know can be quite annoying! But I was still dealt with professionally, very well mannered people. Such friendly people, they make you feel so comfortable and like you've know them for years! Very good value for money and always clean and tidy when received, I've been using self drive for a few years now and can never say I've had a problem!

Great service. Very friendly and extremely helpful. They take time to explain the controls on your vehicle, check it for damage and allow you time to do the same. Their prices are very competetive and they have an adequate choice of vehicles that are all of a good standard. One tiny critiscism is that their daily hire periods are rigidly 8am to 8am, but the do have a free pick up night before facility, subject to availabiliy which is very useful, when it is available.
