I ordered 2 suits recently and both of them were lovely and nice fitting too. The seller was helpful with measurements before I ordered to make sure I had the right size. Have ordered from this place many times in the past and never been disappointed.
Hi everyone I would like to share my very bad experience at zee boutique. I spent nearly £198, firstly I have been over charged, secondly the quality of the clothes is poor. I only wore it once and the threads started to come out. I bought some new velvet clothes from them and when I got home and tried them on the suit was ripped. I tried to get in contact with them but I was told by the owner that did I not check them when I bought them? I was very disappointed!
It was such a pleasure dealing with Zee Boutique from start to finish. Their customer service was very responsive and helpful. Shipping from the UK to Canada was super fast and arrived in a few days. I absolutely love the suits I ordered for myself and my daughter’s. The quality is great and the suits are stunning. I will definitely be shopping with Zee Boutique again!
I ordered multiple dresses and all at different times and days. Zee boutique communicated fast and perfectly. Helping me gather all my orders in one shipment so I don’t have to pay extra shipping. When I had a problem with one of my orders they owned up to it rather than given excuses and handled the matter very professionally. I love the fit and their collection and will be ordering more inshallah
What a disappointment. Avoid. They do not know how to handle complaints. Ordering matching suits for the whole family for Eid and half of them being substituted for a different design - maybe because they got stock levels wrong?! You’d be better off going somewhere more dear, for better customer service and to get the right suits through. What a big shame!
Bought mother daughter suits from this company, my daughters suit came in a used condition they tried lying saying it weren’t but the hijab had a pin on it and the suit was dirty how do you explain that? I approached them nicely about the issue, they straight away accused me of giving bad feedback which btw I didn’t I didn’t get no apology for this the suit was dirty and had some missing beads the best they offered me was £3 or for them to post the beads so I can add them on the suit like wth! I’m I a seamstress?? So I said this to them and they said they can offer me another design of the suit as the one I had bought was finished I put two and two together, the suit was out of stock they had a used one so they decided to sell me that kmt! but anyway I explained that I had bought mother daughter suit so me and my daughter can match, how are you now offering to change one suit?? I msgd them this and she said she doesn’t deal with complaints and I should msg the manager, I had emailed the manager soon as I noticed the suits were not in a new condition and I hadn’t received any reply, i msgd on Instagram and that’s where they gave me the number and now they are acting as if the number has nothing to do with management, how were you able to offer me £3 if u don’t deal with complains?? Who ever I spoke to was giving me so much sasss as if I was the one tht wronged them, this was not my first time ordering from this shop but it’s definitely the last, it’s eid tomorrow and I have to go buy something else for me and my daughter, very disappointed specially because I recommended them to all my friends. Now you can come for me for leaving a feedback your accusation would be right! Fix up or you will loose a lot more customers

Thank you for my suite perfect fitting excellent seller very reliable seller material is touchable I got so many compliments.
The clothes are so nice, so many colours and designs to choose from. I wanted one but it was out of stock, so I contacted them and they managed to find one and send it my way! Affordable fancy suits as well.
Brought eid clothes from here amazing service and quality clothing . Definitely recommend
