Great staff who care about their tenants and landlords and who are (from personal experience) trustworthy. I am a landlord and have had no issues whatsoever with them. I do know that they sometimes have difficult customers to deal with and they do the vetting checks and sometimes not everyone will be happy.  My property has been managed well and they take the hassle out of it. I know of occasions out of hours and weekends when they have gone and sorted problems out when they didn't have to.

The worse agents I've ever come across. Far to many workers stuck in a poky office will th nothing better to do  with their time than talk about current and potential tenants behind their back.  Last time I called into the office a guy had been turned down and was given his application fees back. He was told his current home was dirty, looks like you haven't cleaned in 10 years. The poor guy sheepishly left quickly, as he did one of the agents laughed and said probably off to get his smack fix with the  money.  Erm excuse me what you saying behindnd my back when I leave. Everything Is  discussed . Without a care as to who is listening. 
Avoid the place at all costs unless you want to be the topic of the  gossip list, encouraged by your landlord..

Absalutely appauling! If I could give no stars I would. I was in the process of getting a home through Zed lettings and the service and the way they treat other people is absalutely disgusting. I had to go into the office a couple of times and recieved nothing but bad treatment. There is no provacy in there so anything you discuss is public and also they have done nothing but humiliate people whilst I was in there. The first time I had to go in there were a few workers in there. I was discussing something with one of the girls there when another man walked in. Another one of the workers stood up and said to him straight away "weve told you youre not allowed a house with us anymore as it was disgusting when you lived there". She said this so that everybody could hear and I felt so sorry for him. This is something that should have been done in private! The other times I have been in there they have done nothing but sit around and gossip about there clients. They have mentioned names and addresses of the clients they are talking about and I have heard them talk about the states of there houses, any debt that they are in and even about there clients personal lives. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS. Thats unless you want all of your dirty laundry aired...... They are nothing but nasty women who do nothing but sit around and gossip all day in my eyes. AWFUL!!

Great to work with a professional company, from finding the perfect tenants to them organising the energy performance and gas certificates, completing a full inventory and advising on legal compliance, they ensured it all ran smoothly and their great communication meant I didn't need to worry about anything. Since occupied, they have made sure my investment is being cared for and the rates are more than competitive. I recommend any landlord gets in touch with Debs and the team as other companies did not give me the peace of mind that Zed Lettings have. They even arranged a repair on my behalf and as they have vetted and regularly use trades consistently the rate and quality of the repair was also guaranteed and at a below average cost. Keep up the great work.  
My tenants are also happy with their service, so Zed really understand all aspects of their business.
