I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and friendly help given by the whole team at Zed Lettings. Right from day one and throughout the whole process, they were there to advise, help and support our application, with very clear, detailed help at every stage of the process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Such stars! Their staff are a true credit to this company. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing to rent or buy in the South Yorkshire area. Absolutely amazing company and staff helping me with house. Answered so many questions I had at beginning when I was unsure what to do, constantly keeping me updated every step of the way and I appreciate their help along with listening to me too. Definitely best choice made using ZED Letting to advertisement my house!
Couldn’t recommend Zed Lettings enough. 5 stars for the help we’ve had the last few months to help us move into a more suitable house for us and our baby. We were offered plenty of help and moved really quickly. Any issues that have been found have been resolved quickly with timescales. The whole process has been simple and easy from start to finish
I have been with Zed letting for 6 years now and can honestly say that during these trying times they have continued to give me 110% professional service even when having to work from home. They were just as prompt and efficient as always. They are not a multi company like the big boys so all of the staff know each tenant and landlord and respond to them personally so you are not just a number on a file. Its good to have a company running my property that I can trust they have never let me down if a problem has occurred they have sorted it promptly. Highly recommend them to anyone thinking of letting or renting through them.
Amazing company with amazing staff. Deb and the team at Zed are the most helpful letting agency I have had the pleasure of using. Any issue can be solved with a text or a phone call and usually solved by the end of they day. From Claire the lady who showed us around the property to Deb herself who is alway happy and cheerful on the phone and will answer any questions we put to her.
THIS lettings agency have been absolutely fantastic since they took over my landlords properties. The repairs have been done, the owner Debbie has been to see me to do a visit when they took over management to see what needed doing and they set up the Deposit Protection Scheme the same day that I paid my bond. The ladies that work in the shop are always very nice as are the repairs people.
Only moved in on Tuesday, rang about the cooker not working and someone was there within 2 hours, staff are friendly and lovely to talk to as well

Great to work with a professional company, from finding the perfect tenants to them organising the energy performance and gas certificates, completing a full inventory and advising on legal compliance, they ensured it all ran smoothly and their great communication meant I didn't need to worry about anything. Since occupied, they have made sure my investment is being cared for and the rates are more than competitive. I recommend any landlord gets in touch with Debs and the team as other companies did not give me the peace of mind that Zed Lettings have. They even arranged a repair on my behalf and as they have vetted and regularly use trades consistently the rate and quality of the repair was also guaranteed and at a below average cost. READ **This company blocked me so that I could not review them on social media!** After a tenant moved out of my property, I had hell on because the £600 cream carpet had been ruined which made me question the '6 monthly checks'. After the next tenants moved away, I collected the keys and found that the shower was a STATE, it could not have been overlooked, and a window lock was broken, so the exit can't have been done properly if at all! All keys were missing from all windows on top of this - which is a void in a tenancy. The boiler broke at one point during them "managing"; they sent a plumber who quoted me £1600 for a new boiler and 2 new rads. I sent my own plumber out and it was a £300 fix. 3 years later when I did replace the boiler, it was 800 After this I didn't trust their maintenance guys; cowboys obviously hiking prices assuming landlords with an agent won't shop around. At this point I realised I was paying Zed commission for *nothing* When I signed a private tenancy with the tenant, he informed me that no property check had been done in the last 14 months. He was contacted saying one was overdue in the July, this was now the following February. I then received my exit statement to find they charged me 2 months commission, and yet they had done zero work. No response to any complaint because they are unorganised. [I wrote the above review in 2017. A few years later, I came to find that tenants found by this company, were growing weed in the loft! Neighbours had suspicions and didn't dare speak up. I confronted the tenant and found it to be true. Absolutely definitely do not do checks, honestly just astounded that this can happen with an agency managing your property] TERRIBLE COMPANY, all smiles and act friendly, get tenants fast, but that is a drop in the ocean - they don't 'manage' your property. Use someone else, or go private.
