What a brilliant estate agents! Beecroft took over from our previous estate agents when we were renting, and we immediately noticed an improvement with how things were managed and dealt with. Any issues we had were logged and responded to promptly, and the staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly. When our tenancy ended and we handed in the keys, we got a phonecall from them thanking us for leaving it in such a great condition, which was lovely of them. A wonderful experience which made living there so much easier and comfortable. Would absolutely rent through this agency again.
Had nothing but a good experience with everyone here when buying my home. After going through a pretty rough time and having a lot on my plate I was kept up to date with the entire process and all the work was handled perfectly taking a lot of the strain from me. A special thank you to Rebecca who went out of her way to help me when there was no obligation to do so. She was what made this process a million times easier.
I have been living at my flat for over a year now. Rebecca Parry took over as my property manager. Since she took over, My emails and repairs have always been responded to very fast. She emails to see if work has been done or to give me updates on what is going on, without me needing to ask. She is doing a brill job. I cant thank her enough.
What excellent service I have received during the past week from Rebecca Parry. I contacted the agency a week ago and finally get my keys today what a fast turn around and support through my journey. I would highly recommend Rebecca and the agency.
I bought a property through Beecroft and they now manage the rental for me . From the start Rebecca Parry has been professional, all emails are answered promptly any queries are dealt with , it didn’t take her long to find a tenant . Beecroft are a new managing agent for me I would highly recommend them.Thank you Rebecca.
I have recently bought a property where the seller used Beecrofts estare agents in Mexborough. From day one they have been brilliant. Rebecca from the Mexborough office has often been in touch, replied quickly to emails and kept the whole process flowing smoothly. I really cannot fault their service.
We picked up the keys about a week ago. We were promised up and down that the property was ready to be moved into, and we did so. Here's just a fraction of everything that was wrong: - boiler is not working. We had to pay a previous debt off with extra on top of that which we didn't cause and it still isn't giving hot water to this moment. - We weren't given the gas card to ACCESS IT. - The company told us the wrong people for the account itself, and the metre wasn't even registered at the right address anymore - The internet is barely passable for our work-from-home jobs - The address wasn't registered with yorkshire water - the electric metre is very outdated with day/night rates AND is in the shop downstairs! We can't even access it 24/7! - No waste disposal bin - The vast majority of the flat is still covered in damage, and filthy. We've been scrambling for days just trying to get this all sorted out, and the Dominique isn't even getting back to us anymore despite being in office! If we could break lease and move out to a new place immediately, we would. I just want to be able to take a bath in my first ever property, and I can't even do that. This is your warning all who want to use this company. They do not care, they will gladly do the legal minimum token gestures and leave you out to dry.
