I was there because I had an appointment, I needed the restroom and they told me they don't have any, it seems inhumane to me when you're working with the public not to provide a restroom sad experience

I tried calling them for help with a claim as I'm unable to attend in person, I needed to talk to a human being but ended up with a useless automated bot.. do these people ever answer the phone?

They have phone me saying to phone up cause I didn't answer the call as busy wen rang ... left me a message on my answer machine saying ring bk they was concerned about me don't know why they sed that am fine till they phoned n left that message  ... now am stressed.... trying ringing no one answered waste of time....

Unsupportive, I think these people have forgotten the stresses and mental anguish of having to come to this place. Through no fault of your own.

When you ring up, you can't speak to a human being for advice, you just get an automated message directing you online, it then cuts you off !
