I could not have wished for any more support during the most difficult time in my life, losing my husband. Everything along the way was done with the utmost respect and friendliness. I am so grateful for all the support I have had.
Recently my Dear Husband of 47 years passed away with Cancer, fortunately we had set up funeral plans with Dignity and I couldn't be more grateful to them and Zealley Funeral Directors, with their calm and sympathetic manner they navigated me through the funeral, helped me to chose music that meant something to us and gave us the benefit of their experience. Having had to arrange funerals for other family members in the past I was only sorry that I didn't find Dignity earlier. Their very presence laid a blanket of peace around myself and other mourners. I have my funeral plan ready for when it is needed and I can thoroughly recommend them.
From my first telephone call with Gene to the follow up call after the funeral we were treated with dignity, empathy and professionalism. At no point did I or my mum worry that things would turn out to be any less than perfect and as we wished. Everybody we dealt with inspired confidence and were interested in who my dad was. I have had a lot of dealings with funeral directors during my career and Zealleys did not disappoint in any way. My mum has a funeral plan like dads and we shall have no hesitation in having them again.
From the moment I made my first phonecall I was treated with the greatest respect and kindness by Gene,Steve and David.I knew from then that our Mum would be well looked after, and she certainly was.I cannot praise them all enough.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
