Zasman have always taken excellent care of us over the years . Our gorgeous girl Rosie Passed away shortly after we left the area and Zasman still sent us a condolence card which means the world . Rosie was a little toy poodle who lived to the ripe old age of 17.5 ! She would not have done so without the love and support of the team at Zasman . Rosie was a little character and I know she got the best care possible from the team ; she certainly deserved it.
If you like having your appointments constantly cancelled the day before they are supposed to take place, then you'll love this place. The vet I've dealt with is so lovely, knowledgable and incredibly professional. My issue is that I've been dealing with a kitten going in and out of heat because they are consistently cancelling her spaying operation the day before it is booked. Frustratingly, going back in heat the day after she was scheduled to be spayed, which was cancelled at the very last minute. The excuse being the vet won't be there... surely you would know this prior to scheduling the appointment? Or at least more than one day notice? Nevertheless, I was understanding because these things happen. Now I'm being told the vet is sick so they're cancelling the appointment the day before AGAIN. Obviously you cannot control illness, but there never seems to be any offer of resolution? My kitten has been suffering for over a month and I do not want her to go through it again! It is unfortunate because this is the closest vet and first impressions were spot on but I just don't understand the lack of care and offering a solution or alternative?
This is a very friendly practice and Badpuss, our feisty old cat, has had all her treatments and surgery done professionally and with a smile, despite hisses and growls from the Little Miss. we have always managed to get a timely appointment and the advice has been invaluable. Highly recommended.
The service was okay. However, I'm not sure if paying £35 for inflammatory medication that sells for £6.19, on reputable online pet sites can be deemed as fair trading. I intend to purchase a couple of these online as the expiry date is 2 years and if I don't end up using, then at least a loss of £12.38 for 2 is cheaper than having to pay £35 for one at Medivet
Very dissapointing experience,with both the receptionist and the vet. My dog has an anxiety when visiting the vet, instead of being understanding he made a comment is due to training, which has nothing to do with anxiety. It created more stress for me and my dog. I will not be returning.
Great vets, always made to feel like our dog is a VIP. Lovely staff team who care and work super hard to do a good job. Their vet plan is reasonable and we get handy updates when new vaccinations and regular treatments are due.
Unable to reach the vets after multiple unanswered calls over a couple of days, call back requested when forwarded to another branch who tried to be helpful but yet to hear anything. Reply to comment from owner: why would I bother to contact you via email when you have already had multiple opportunities to call me back or answer your phones? Seems to me you're failing at the basics so I wouldn't trust you to look after my pet. I think you're review washing with your replies, making it seem like you care or will do something without addressing the problems.
Appalling. When Zasman this was a wonderful vet. My dog's prescription was dispensed on the day. I have now had to wait a week and received this unsigned email: "We are sorry to that we have not been able to dispense the written prescription just yet, rest assured it is on the order list for the vet to do when they can and I will let them know in person that you have been waiting. Further to this I am sorry you were not able to reach us on the phones, we have been experiencing some internet issues out of our control for a short period of time but thankfully they appear to be working again." This mass buy out is a disaster. Avoid.

When my cat need treatment I remember seeing Zuman's vet from the bus and booked an appointment all the staff are polite and friendly and professional, I don't think you could find a better practice in the area, well deserving of the five stars and my cat is still with for just over 2 yrs
