We ordered a huge platter cake for my son's dedication to be served for our church family. 16"×28" & a 14" cake. The Miss in the shop customised the 14" as a platter as well. The cake was very good, moist. It was well appreciated and everybody was surprised that the cake was eggless and the Fruity Five cake was nut-free, yet moist! Thank you to the team. Many thanks.

The cake was good no doubt but the lady there charged me 18 pounds for 2 numb balloons. Each balloon was 4 pound and I don't know why she charge 12 pound for filling, she even didn't give me receipt.Food: 4/5

I just order birthday cake and champagne candle for my wife through uber eats they didnt deliver me the candle which i paid £1.99 only for the candles and when i called to the shop and asked for for the refund they ignore it and told me to ask refund from uber eats and as well the cake they delivered me was all messy ver careless delivery would never recommend to this place for the cakes very careless customer service

Absolutely brilliant cake shop, especially if you are a vegetarian who has been looking for egg free cakes.  Have used them for the past 6 years and highly recommend them.

I have ordered red velvet cake but the cream of the cake was so hard when I cutting the pieces all the cream has been broken from the cake.cream was not sticky with the cake bread. The another thing the bottom part of cake was so hard . Overall test was not good that we expect from the cake box .I have paid so much extra for the red velvet

I am buying cake from Cake Box since 6 years for my family's birthday. We love Victoria sponge cake, kids love to eat and want order just from Cake Box. Even every time our guest ask about where you get it. I did always recommend to my friends and family. They never disappointed me.
