One of my favourite shops, lovely staff with up to date fashion for everyone, every age. Beautiful children's clothes and all accessories. Carpark available with parking fees.They have great end of season sales
Clothes are always beautiful and on trend at Zara. The Derby shop is very well set out so that you can access everything, even on a busy Saturday. The shop itself has a really nice feel to it. The reason I've dropped one star is because the staff can seem aloof or even grumpy, as if you are a bit of an inconvenience, particularly when you go to the tills to pay. I wonder if this comes from the top down. In neighbouring H&M, where the clothes aren't quite as special, the staff are absolutely lovely.

I love Zara but I'm sure they train their staff to work in slow motion so that there are always queues and they look busy. Also my other pet hste is staff ignore you whilst purchasing and instead of talking to the customer they talk to each other.

Was pleasantly surprised at the range of clothing and even more impressed with the price point. Always perceived it to be expensive but not at all. Also have s great range of men's stylish clothing. Did want to buy a shirt today but tills upstairs weren't working and there was a queue a mile long downstairs. Left it.
such high prices for quality worse than primark the sizing is way off and the staff look genuinely depressed. When being served they all look like they would rather be shot than serve customers with a smile. Respectfully x
A very busy store situalted in Derbion Derbys main centre. A great range of stock the only problem is that once they sell out of a certain items they always say that's it they wont get it back in store which i find rather strange, so they say customer's must order online which is not everyones cup of tea. Price range from medium to high , also they have the best sales were you get great bargins so happy days
Staff Are the rudest people out. All they do is talk to others when they’re meant to be serving you, takes the longest time to do the most basic thing’s. The shop is always such a mess, never been in a shop so messy. The derby store really lets the whole brand down.
Clothes are lovely but the staff are so blunt, rude and unfriendly. They always look stressed so maybe hire some more people? I asked one of the lady if the size 38 was waist size and she gave me quite a rude blunt response. The fitting rooms are messy too. They seem like they can't be bothered. Poor customer experience. One or two are ok but the majority have a chip on their shoulder.
