The place stinks of food even we got out the place u can feel on ur clothes the oily food smell. They can't open a window to change the air what i found really bad. How many times we've been visit my child got runny nose /cough or other stuff- the place is not clean at all. Flooring is very cold n old. Toys r need a good srub. 3 starts coz my baby loves there and i found the staff kind but with adult eyes it's not suitable for healty ppl.
When the original owner was off due to breaking her leg, the stand in person was incredibly rude. She did not acknowledge me or the kids on the way in or out and was huffing and puffing when I ordered some lunch for my children. My children are both exceptionally well behaved and I tidied up after we had finished. The cleanliness needs looking at; the toilets need revamping or a deep clean and the Noddy toy just needs removing. I liked it here but the last time we went it just put us all off so won't be returning. I've found a new soft play that's clean, friendly and doesn't have parents there who just sit on their phones or chat to their mates whole their 2 year old is battering someone else's child.
Great place for little ones Under 2s. Not the biggest of areas for little ones my little girl soon ran around the whole soft play area. Had some great sensory pads and toys ideal for babies
Fantastic place for the kids to explore and use there physical development skills .
I believe there was a lack of staff the day we visited, however I dont believe the venue was over run or stressfully overwhelming! The staff member that was on huffed and puffed from the minute we walked in. The kids food was not even recognised for 40 min until I asked at which point only one serving was cooked. When I asked about the second serving I was told we didn't order 2 but, when it was insisted she threw her phone on on the counter and rolled her eyes before going to put more food on. We came home with dirty socks , and a bad vibe given off from staff who clearly are not used to slight pressure for 1 days work. We will not be returning again!!!
What a great little place to take your little one. Our nephew had a ball in here. So reasonably priced and the girls who work there are so friendly. Would recommend and we'll come again
I have visited here a few times and have found this play area perfect for my toddler. The staff is lovely and the equipment is age appropriate. I like that it is small enough to keep an eye on the little ones without having to crawl in with them. Could do with a little update, but the kids don't mind that at all.
Only been once but this place is amazing and the kids loved it the staff was also amazing
An incredibly toddler friendly place. My 18months old can go and play on his own without being watched all the time. Friendly and welcoming staff. All ove great experience..
I bring my little boy here often as he loves it. He's 22 months and a great size play area for him. The lady who now runs it is so welcoming and happy all the time. Nice food and great offers. We will be having my little boys birthday party here too.
