Purchased jeans later found a fault brother took them bk with receipt and was refused a refund . I went in 5 mins later and they gave refund straight away !! Don’t make sense is it because he was a man they was trying to fob him off ? seems like staff and management need a customer service refresh
Poor customer service, cashier was too busy chatting to a colleague than to give us her 100% attention. She even took an item of ours and put it on the back shelf rather than to scan it and pack it for us. We had to ask why she was doing that and we explained that we wanted the item. Had she given is her full attention I stead of personal conversation this would not have happened.
Clothes and accessories are very trendy. Love their bags and heels. First time I smelt their perfumes... they have a lovely collection that smell like the high street designer brands but at a much affordable price
This is one of my favourite brands most especially for males. You can be sure to get quality clothes here at reasonable prices. For females, I love their bags but I think their clothes are expensive for the styles and types of clothes you are going to shop for there but you can make up for the prices when they do sales. Their sales are usually worth it
This store looks amazing! They’ve done up the store and it looks so high class and designer. The clothes River Island have are always good quality and in fashion! Will be nice if they bring back the student discount and petite clothing section though!

Popped in today and was served by a great young girl upstairs in the men's department, so helpful but more importantly smiling. Great attitude and a great ambassador for your store and company. I don't know her name but was dual heritage and smiley.
Great and friendly staff customer service whilst shopping in the kids section from an employee named Shanza who was more than happy to attend to any requests and make my shopping trip much easier
New look store is fantastic, really fresh. Mens stylist was amazing, he took the time to show us several different looks. My husband tried on things he would never have done. They looked great too.
