Our ice – cream? Fresh, natural, based on original Italian recipe. We produce it ourselves from scratch - no powder, but with only natural ingredients.

Since 2001 we have been preparing ourselves for the production of the ice cream. We checked technologies, we were looking for organic suppliers, we have studied the details of production. All this in order to do as natural ice cream as possible - but not in name only.

No preserves, no artificial colorings. Just pure nature.
For so many years of research - we discovered - it is possible!

We are looking for raw, fresh and only organic ingredients all around the world. Gimmick? Not at all – this is our passion.

And so, fresh cream and unpasteurized milk - straight from the cow, deliver by our friendly farmer. Butter comes to us from the mountain of Poland. Eggs are absolutely free-range come from grass-fed hens, fruits for our sorbets come from our ecological orchard – you cannot go more organic then that! And most importantly, we process it ecologically as well.

In addition to the above ingredients in our ice cream all you can find is pinch of sea salt and sugar – refined of course!

Well, for example, it is still halva which is imported from Crete from a friendly farmer, chocolate - straight from Belgium, the Italian mascarpone, pistachios and cashew nuts imported from Piedmont.

And that's all. Just lick it!
