A definite place to visit and my choice compared to other competitors in the area. The staff are lovely and show patience and a lovely touch. If you want a sugar guilt trip come here!
We revisited this place to have a bubble waffle which in the past were delicious, however this time the waffles were baked too hard and they crumbled and fell off the ‘paper cone’ onto the table. Disappointing quality and when I mentioned what happened to the lady who made them she made absolutely no attempt to offer a resolution. Ice cream was great but the waffle was a waste. Such a shame!
Walking along Bayswater road and I saw the ice cream parlour/ Restaurant. It’s a warm day I was thinking about getting Ice cream earlier. Went in the restaurant, chose from the options of ice creams £5.49. The lady set up the card reading but my payment is not going through. Then the lady is gonna tell me there’s wifi connection issues can I get cash from a cash point. Kmt ! It’s embarrassing and I’m sure you were aware of these issues before I entered the restaurant. I told her tell the other customers. She told me to take the cream for free and it’s not even worth it. I’m happy I got it for free but I think they need to improve there service. I will never try their ice cream again
Do NOT eat from here!! The ice cream is the worst, probably the worst in London. No masks on staff. Over-priced, unhygienic & then staff attempted to charge us for 6 ice creams instead of 5. Cone fell apart in seconds & ice creams turned to water in minutes. Find a McDonalds & order a McFlurry instead.
Lovely place, came in and wanted a soft serve, left with a nice cup and a happy mood! The girl working today was amazing, i didnt know what i wanted and she helped me through ordering cheerily and nice! Made my day

Terrible service, they were two girls laughing and looking at each other while we order. Rude, lazy and the ice cream was pure water into seconds.
Nice to sit here after a walk in the park and people watch whilst having a lovely ice cream.Choose a flavoured cone, choose a flavoured gelato, then choose your toppings & you are good to go. Remember toppings are extra cost. Staff are helpful and friendly.
DONT VISIT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Old stock. Ice cream tasted old, so did the cone biscuits. Also the ice cream is sub standard. They don't mention any sizes, give you large sizes cuz they cost more. 'What toppings would you like?' Tricking you in believing that the toppings are included in the given price where as you pay extra 50-80p per topping.
