Disappointed. Ordered through JE at 19.00, for delivery at 7.45. Delivery pushed back to 8.15. On JE it was noted as delivered, when it hadn't been. JE support rang four times. On last attempt, got through. Owner said he wouldn't cancel as the order was out for delivery! It turned up at 21.00. I returned the food with the driver, as I expected to be in bed very soon (newborn baby = tirrred!) and didn't fancy eating so close to trying to sleep. JE will be refunding, and have given £5 extra voucher, which is excellent, but I've been really disappointed. This was my first try of Yuan's. I'll not bother again.

Disappointed with timescales when ordering. Ordered at 19.26hrs, telephone chase up at 20.34hrs delivered at 21.10hrs. Will ask in future how long the wait will be. My previous 3 orders were delivered within 45 mins so my expectations were let down. Suggestion to YUANS: advise customers how long the delivery wait time will be. Food was only warm when delivered and told delivery person how disappointing the service was. Will look for alternatives now.

Ordered food tonight at 8pm. Still waiting at 9.45pm. Rang to be told another half an hour. Dreadful service!! Lost a customer.
