Food was absolutely terrible, customer service was zero. No fault of the people who run the website as they haven't been told to change anything but there are no special offers with this place at all, they just want you to order extra stuff for over £15 thinking you are going to get something extra like a free pizza or bottle of pop. Don't use these people, there are better placed in Blyth to get pizza and kebabs!!!

i eat here all the time never had a problem till last week got a kebab wrap the meat was horrible worst kebab meat av had to date and normally they are lush av never had a bad kebab wrap frm here before but that one last week was terrible had one bite and binned it

Been a using customer for a very long time not without errors but the latest has really annoyed me Recently ordered pizza and chicken parmesan and pizza arrived wrong. Contacted immediately and was informed driver had been taking orders and got them wrong strange as other part of my order was correct? Was informed correct pizza was already on way....i live 5 mins drive away Contact them 30 min later were the guy ( I think the boss) needed me to confirm once again what the problem was and as per previous blamed "stupid driver " his words. And said pizza would be 5 -10mins. Some 25 mins later I contact them again and asked them for a refund and we told "what I'm I meant to do with the pizza that's on its way. I reminded him it wasn't me that got it wrong? And also I was a regular which he acknowledged but said he said your not getting your money back. My response was simply if you think my weekly business, and I mean every week was worthy of the price of a pizza then clearly I've been using the wrong pizza shop far too long. Pizza arrived some 1 hrs 40 mins after order and driver was so apologetic and actually showed me the receipts and guess what .......order was correct ! Clearly dont value repeat business

Been going here over 4 years. Moved from blyth to Seaton Delaval last year and still go here. Best food good prices and nice staff. Wonderful.
