Very reliable vets - I bring my cat Moose here for his checkups and he does not like being enclosed so I put him on a lead! There is a separate area for cats and dogs so no stress there! All the staff are lovely.
Our Pup had a fall and we were really concerned it was spinal. YourVets we’re right on the case from as soon as we got her to the practice they were swift, professional, and friendly. After a full check they had our puppy back with us with simple aftercare instructions. Great service.
Called last minute as another vet cancelled a late appointment with no warning or phone call. Explained the situation and they said they could see me instantly! Holly was excellent and thorough at explaining what the issues were. She seemed very knowledgeable about hamsters and it can be difficult to find vets who deal with small animals such as hamsters. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming also. So glad the other vets cancelled my appointment as I’ve now found the perfect Vets and will be coming back for any future visits or check ups! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the vets are here in every aspect of animal care! I have 4 dogs registered here, it was 5 but I had to make a heartwrenching decision to help him across the rainbow bridge last week! Gemma, Shadow's vet, supported me and Shadow through every step of this difficult journey. She comforted us both and ensured Shadow left peacefully, pain-free, in my arms with dignity! There is no other veterinary practice I would use!
This year I have had to take 2 of my Bengal cats to Your vets Rayleigh for ear problems. Ive had excellent care from James and today with Darcy. These guys really have spent the time with my beloved cats and are thorough and so caring. Thank you so much for caring for us, Love Olly and Lenny
Our dog Tinkerbell was old and got very ill to the point where she would not get better. All the staff were professional and so kind, it was a heartbreaking time and the 2 women veterinarians really helped. It's the veterinarians that get these 5 stars, they really helped us get through and helped our pet. Wish all vets were like this
Very disappointing I've been going there for years with all my dogs this is the first time I've come away feeling no trust in way they want to treat my GS it was as if they'd keep doing things until they found out what's wrong when I mentioned it I was told well they can't tell us can they!!! I will spend whatever is needed to get her well again but just don't want her to be trial and error for vets practise ....... plus to have to wait nearly 4 weeks before they could have her in for TESTS she could have something that needs more urgent attention they don't know they've already said that ......
Caring, professional and very helpful service. On arrival, very friendly staff. Vet very informative and explained everything fully, very caring and gently to my dog.
