Everyone in the practice is highly qualified and takes genuine care of your pet. Some practices are just money making machines using just qualified and unsupervised vets who are running a production line to get the animal in, get the money and get them out ASAP. Downes are not like that and really look after your pet who is a member of your family and deserves the best.

Good vets with friendly staff and off road parking for 2 vehicles. Seating area inside.

These guys n' girls are really brilliant. I started using them about 2 years ago when I got my first kitty. Another 2 kitties later (don't worry - I still have the first one!) I'm still using them. The staff, including the receptionist, are all incredibly friendly and you never feel rushed which I really appreciate. The waiting area is nice enough (it's just a waiting area after all) and there's a big front window which faces out to the park opposite. In terms of expertise, they do seem to know their stuff and I've never had any hesitation in asking them for advice. They've been really helpful in helping me look after my 3 adorable cats, which at the end of the day, is what I think all pet owners really want from their vet. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone with pets.
