Took my dog for rabies vaccine and fit to fly certificate. Nurses and Vets were very good with her. Was very busy when waiting to pay for her treatment and nurse took us out through a back way so she wouldn't have to squeeze past other dogs and pets. Very happy with the service and treatment she received.
Would give one star if was just reviewing the management. can't complain about the vet staff , very good , very polite. mis communication from the reception , this was then met with a rude lady, the manager ! bad customer service skills, considering we was losing our beloved pet through a sudden illness. No understanding and no care! I would not advise using them. Due to the above , we moved our cat from them costing us more money as we had to start his yearly treatment again. I did review them a few months ago, but its disappeared .
The best vets we have ever been to. The nurses are amazing and so friendly and helpful and the vets are caring which is what you need when taking your pet to them. Would highly recommend to everyone
Such warm welcome lovely staff, made my two nervous pups very settled. About 4 hours after registering we noticed one of our boys had worms called and was dealt with straight away and was able to collect tablets within 15 minutes! So pleased we done our research and have full confidence with this surgery
Took my old dog to this place on Sunday right before the closing time. Told the vet symptoms:dog is vomiting nonstop,wandering in circles, abnormal behaviour later google it myself and find out that it is a signs of stroke. Vet suggested to do the x-ray, blood tests. Asked the vet at least to give himthe dog some shot from vomiting just in case if he got poisoned. Dog gets the shot,we go home. Couple hours later my dog passes away. Option 1: vet is clueless. Option 2: vet just tried to suck the money out of us because like I mentioned before if you google the symptoms what typically GP's do it shows the sign of stroke. The end

Great vets & very reasonably priced especially with their care plans. Professional and very friendly staff. Would totally recommend if you are looking for a vets!
Excellent reception when we arrived. I was able to go into a consulting room straight away no waiting. Very friendly veterinary nurse who explained exactly what would happen at at what time. When it came to picking our pet up we arrived and only had to wait 10 minutes for our pet and her medication..a future appointment was made straight away.

Generally a good practice, though one of the male vets doesn’t make any effort to put your dog at ease. My dog has a sweet nature but my previous dog would have had something to say about being manhandled with no previous introduction. He really didn’t seem interested in my dog.
