Considering I paid over £160 last year after being diagnosed with a lung issue I thought it must be right. This year I decided to use a compare site and got Platinum couples cover for £46 with this amazing company and all done in minutes.
Not good enough, return shuttle didn't arrive even though we were 15 minutes early and front of queue, so no chance of missing it. Had to get a taxi costing 75€. After submitting a claim told via letter that this is excluded from our policy....Never use again...
Easy to deal with. Even when I made a mistake changed without any problem. Will use again
I can only mark 1 star but would prefer 0. Derisory settlement offered after falling ill on holiday. Process has taken 3 months so far and now having to go to Ombudsman. Please look elsewhere as the claims are sent to a third party who I assume will refuse most claims made.
Every time I travel, I buy travel insurance with travelcover. Never have to use it until last time I travelled. When I needed the service they told me to go to public hospital and didn't allow me to use the private service. Will never buy from them again. I was very disappointed and shocked with the result.
Brilliant cover despite pre-existing conditions. No problems, already signed up again for next year's holiday.
No customer service at all! Purchased a policy. Money taken, then got a email reminder to purchase my policy I was quoted for. Contacted the company 5 emails now, no further forward as to getting a refund or getting a policy for which I have paid. Their phone line just rings with no idea of how long u are going to be in the q for. If this is what it’s like when they just mess up the purchase goodness knows what it is like if u need to make a claim.
It is hard to write a review of a product that you are purchasing in advance and so do not have a chance to test out before you are asked to write a review, it was easy enough to buy and only time will tell whether it was a good purchase or not
So easy to use website and to get covered with existing medical conditions
