Booked our holidays last year for this year, all the staff as been 5 stars, very helpful, relaxed and friendly. Even on the phone they always answered to my questions (even the most obvious ones).
Do recommend this place, for sure we'll be booking our holidays again with them.

Went in today to try to book a holiday.  There were 6 desks and only one with a member of staff.  I waited for ages for her to come off the phone and then another customer, who had been speaking to the currency exchange lady went in front of me and said he'd been waiting for ages and he wasn't pushing in!  I asked the lady if anyone else was working and she said no.  What on earth is the point of the shop with so few staff?  I went to Thomas Cook and booked instead.
