Friendly staff sadly let down by a useless company booked a holiday over 3K to Egypt 🇪🇬 paid for family 👪 room as 4 of us. On arrival only 3 beds. After complaining was told family 👪 room Not booked. After leaving with food poisoning ☠. Returned to the UK 🇬🇧. Only to be fobbed off still no resolution after 2 Years. Do your selves a favour check ratings of where you are gonna stay before booking. Picture in the brochure age's out of date. Would give a minus ➖ if your weren't allowed..
