So I've used your holidays a few times now never had an issue until now. Where do I start they seem to think it's ok to take  over a £1000 twice and take almost 10 days to refund it. In way of apology they gave us a £50pp discount which is all good until you want to use it. They then seem to alter the prices of the holidays so these discount vouchers are pretty much void. Another couple in our party asked for a quote. They received a quote and then I asked for a quote for the same holiday at the same time but with my discount added on... the holiday then came in at the same price!!! However I'm supposed to have £50pp discount! Haha what a joke that is. The customer service I received was absolutely disgusting. Natalie the so called manager continuously raised her voice and was generally disrespectful because I had caught her out on this occasion. She then proceeded to hang up on me without giving me a full explanation. I would never ever use this company again. STAY CLEAR!!!!!!

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! we were using this company to book a holiday - customer service is disgusting! The staff lie to you! Untrustworthy!! Take double the amount of money out of your account & claim it was a mistake!! My only advice is to STAY AWAY!!

I booked a last minute holiday to cyprus this year with this company - my advice to anyone booking with them is to do some research on the hotel as they will try to tell you the price that you see is for a bargain basement room with no balcony or terrace, it will only have a bed in it no hairdryer or other facilities - I emailed the hotel and they told me that all the rooms in the hotel have balconies or terraces and they dont have bargain basement rooms they are all the same
This tactic is to get you to upgrade and pay more when you dont need to.
When i queeried this with the customer service manager she dissmissed this and stated out of 200 rooms 50 were bargain basement rooms.
I also only asked for 1 piece of luggage (which you pay for extra) they charged me for 2 pieces but i did not know this until my invoice arrived via email , I rang them straight back  and they would not return the money - they said "you agreed the price" 
So beware - ask them to email you a statement invoice for you to look at before you pay as when they have your money you wont get it back.
WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THESE AGAIN THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND ITS PREMIUM RATE TO GET THIS BAD SERVICE

Booked my Family Holiday with Danni she got me a great deal and beat Thomas Cook by £160 so was very Happy. We got back last week. Thanks again
