Booked a Saga Cruise through a travel agent. Saga will not give me any information at all or allow me onto an online cruise personaliser, if one exists. Very poor service. I feel like a second class citizen already.  Saga, is this what you intended????

Tried to double my car insurance premium.  I took out insurance a year ago, for £340, and this month got a renewal reminder: "just agree, it's easy". Hassled them for last year's premium vs this years, they replied: "Last years was £340, this year is £680, just agree, it's easy". Told them to take a running jump, and got insurance for £250. I can see that they do have a "special" service for mature customers.
