6 of us had a fantastic meal here on Thursday evening before going to GLive to see a show. The service we received from our waitress Juliet was wonderful and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Brilliant value for money too so we will definitely be back - thank you to all of the team for a great night! Ps- the snowball dough balls were epic!

Delicious pizza but every extra topping is worth £2 which is too much, the pasta is too thick and I don’t understand the raw onions in it  asked to have it without chicken but it had chicken. Staff are welcoming.

Booked the table quick & easy as it was quite spontaneous via the website. When we arrived we didn’t have to wait. We were taken to our table & the staff were friendly & accommodating. Even when we had forgotten to use our free side as I am a club member. It was put through & came with everything else. We have always loved Pizza Express & are never unhappy after a visit. Exceptional customer service every time we visit, never kept waiting too long for food & quality of the food is always good too. Not to mention also the value for money! Will recommend to friends as usual.  Kid-friendliness: Always been a restaurant that our children have always loved going to. The staff make the children feel welcome. They have colouring pages for them to keep them busy &amp; happy. One member of staff even noticed what football kit my daughter was wearing &amp; chatted for a little while regarding the football score that day. Those little things really make a difference when you are at a restaurant.

Kept waiting and poor service. We arrived at around 5pm and it was busy but not full capacity. It took a while to get some drinks and order our starter and once we had eaten that it was another hour before our food was even put in the oven. During that hour we asked our waiter if he knew when our food would arrive and he said no but he would check. 20minutes later we had heard nothing so a member of our party approached him and asked if he had an update. Response was "no". No apologies, no "can I get anything else for you whilst you wait" "I'm sorry for the wait". To be honest I think they had forgotten us because it was only on the third time of asking that they said "it's being put in the oven now". Again, no apologies. We got our food an hour and half after sitting down and it wasn't even that hot. I would expect that had it just been recently put in the oven it would be piping. Sadly we didn't have time to enjoy a pudding as we had a 2 year old that now should have been in bed, a 5 year old and a 10 year old with school the next morning. Having had excellent service and very quick order to table timings at previous branches on numerous occasions we were incredibly disappointed with both service and food.

The pizzas are very small, just 4 portions each. The flavor is okay but not worth it. Poor quality/price.Food: 1/5

Thank you for an AWESOME experience! We were looked after SO well. The staff were fun, engaging, patient and incredibly personable – we couldn’t have wished for better service – it was such a joy!! Carmelo and Martina were the best and we hope to be looked after by them again soon!

After seeing a decline in gluten free options over the past year on the Pizza Express menu, it remained my go-to restaurant. Front of House Staff are always helpful and friendly. However, I was extremely disappointed that last night I had an instant allergic reaction to gluten. Reactions can last for a few days and trigger flare ups of other health conditions so it is very serious and I was informed that they cater for Coeliacs. Will not be going back.  Dietary restrictions: Coeliac and Dairy Free.

Not the best place for pizza. Ordered food wasn't hot but just warm enough. Ordered garlic bread for sides. They forgot to bring it. No one came up to make sure everything okay. we ask for the bill twice on 2 occasion.Food: 2/5

Great pizza as always with friendly, good humoured staff who were attentive and made the experience more enjoyable even while they were clearly stressed as extremely busy. Thrilled to have the Honeycomb Cream Slice back please make it permanent!Food: 5/5

Wish I'd gone for pizza!  I tried the pollo pesto and it was very bland, practically all sauce with a few bits of chicken and some chewy pasta.  It was lukewarm too!  I wish I'd complained at the time but I was meeting up with a friend to celebrate some good news and didn't want to make a fuss.  The chocolate fudge cake wasn't all that either...so disappointed.  I won't go back in a hurry.
